Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform me.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

• the contract concerns the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier,

• the consumer has expressly agreed that the performance of the contract will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

• the consumer has confirmed his knowledge that by giving his consent he loses his right of withdrawal upon commencement of the execution of the contract.

This applies in particular to digital products such as e-books, workbooks, and downloads. Explicit consent and confirmation of the expiry of the right of withdrawal are obtained during the ordering process via Digistore24.
